Los Altos Remodel and 1,300 Sqft Addition

For one of our larger current projects in Los Altos, we're completely scrapping all of the existing interior walls and adding on an additional 1,300 sqtf to the main level. We're also removing the roof entirely, lifting the communal space's ceilings to 10' and designing a modernized flat roof. The owners contemporary style dream home comes with huge open spaces, ample sized bedrooms and expansive 16' sliding glass doors to the newly designed back yard. The new layout includes 2 completely custom master suites, each with their own lavish bathroom and walk in closet, and 2 large sized bedrooms that share a double vanity bathroom. The remodeled kitchen will have nearly 18' of working space across one wall and a gorgeous 8' island to seat 4 people. New skylights over the kitchen and huge windows along the working side will bring a ton of natural light into this new space.
