San Bruno Contemporary Remodel

A simple "like for like" remodel. The owner wants to freshen and modernize his 2 bathrooms and kitchen while adding his personal style and character to the home. These are the preliminary designs, to give the owner an idea of how we can update his current space given the flurry of design references he provided to us. We're making some small fixture location changes in the guest bathroom, removing an old built-in tub and replacing it with a full walk in shower. In the master bathroom, we're adding in another full walk in shower, relocating the sink to create a wide double vanity, and relocating the toilet to a more discreet location. In the kitchen, we're shifting the existing door to his garage in order to make a more functional layout of utilities.
